To place an order, you'll need to sign in with your mobile number, which we verify using a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate and current information when registering or checking out.
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, sizes and prices accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only once it is successfully placed through checkout and, where applicable, payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity — in which case any payment already made will be refunded.
Depending on the option available at checkout, orders may be paid for via UPI/QR code or through our secure online payment gateway (Razorpay), which supports cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. All online payments are processed directly by the payment gateway; we do not store your card or UPI credentials. Your order will be processed only after payment is successfully confirmed.
We ship orders to the delivery address and pincode you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, location, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will receive updates on your order status, and where available, a shipment tracking reference, from your account's Order History page.
You may cancel an order from the "My Orders" section of your account as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every order in accordance with applicable tax laws. Please ensure your billing details are accurate at the time of checkout, as invoices cannot be modified once generated.
