Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or immediately upon confirmation (for orders placed via UPI/QR at checkout). Orders are typically packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
We ship to the delivery address and pincode you provide at checkout. Please double-check your address and contact number before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched. Delivery is currently available only within India.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location, and are shown before you complete payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value from time to time.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking reference where available. You can check the latest status of your order from the "My Orders" section of your account at any time.
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address/contact details provided were incorrect, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve additional shipping charges.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and arrange a resolution.
